|Man in a Desert||
Just watched several scenes of what a Libyan state TV presenter (who looks like he's 18, maybe 20) described as "massive demonstrations" "confirming the unity of people and leader".
The most massive demonstration maybe numbered a hundred or so ragtag individuals. Some of the scenes had a bunch of school kids, girls and boys also chanting for Muammar. Others showed a convoy of 20 or so cars driving and honking their horns. The average turnout in these "massive" demonstrations was about 75 people.
You'd think a regime whose lifeline is propaganda would put on a better show. Something must not be right!
